An old textile factory was converted in accordance with the specifications of the lessee, a well-known advertising agency. The renovation was well received and the building is seen as a contributing factor to the agency’s brand identity and their supportive role in the upliftment of the area. It also underpins the upgrade of Shelley Park, which is fast becoming a hotspot.
