This is Investicore USA’s first development project in the US. The development is situated in the South End suburb of Charlotte which is known for cafes, bars, and art galleries. The area runs along the Rail Trail which has been a massive success in enabling travel to and from the city center. The area is undergoing massive development with The Platform being one of them.
