Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall management, financial administration, and annual budgets of the properties under their care. The Investment Administrator will maintain relationships with brokers and leasing agents and oversee contract negations and client relationships. Specifically, the Investment Administrator will be responsible for:
- Preparing all memorandums for new and existing properties for sale and lease;
- Managing all aspects of assigned properties;
- Creating and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, brokers, agents and contractors;
- Building brands through strategic marketing plans and budgets;
- and other duties as assigned.
Employee will report to headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Education
Associates degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related position.
Other special requirements include:
- two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Suite Office and relevant databases and software;
- two (2) years of experience planning new developments and stock acquisitions;
- (2) two years of experience using deep knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding commercial property management and investor administration;
- and (2) two years of experience using materials, methods, and tools used to construct and repair buildings and infrastructure of properties.
Rate of Pay
$70,700 – $85,700
