Established in 2001 and officially incorporated in 2015, Investicore helps investors build wealth through strategic property investments. Founded by Dawie Swart, whose 25+ years of experience shaped our unique approach, we’ve grown from modest beginnings to managing over $200 million (R4 billion) worth of properties across South Africa and the United States by 2025.

In 2016, we expanded into the U.S., growing our portfolio there to a current value of $102 million. This demonstrates our ability to spot and seize great opportunities across different markets. We aim to provide a smart balance between long-term stability and short-term flexibility to keep returns strong.

Anton Steyl (CA)SA, became CEO of Investicore South Africa in 2022, adding new ideas and boosting operational effectiveness. Anton collaborates closely with Dawie Swart as a shareholder in Investicore Holdings South Africa, guiding our strategic direction and managing growth in both South African and U.S. investments.

We’ve successfully navigated tough periods, including the 2008 global recession, the COVID-19 pandemic and the surge of interest rates thanks to careful planning and quick decision-making.
