Founder Dawie Swart, has had a passion for property investment for over 24 years. When he founded Investicore in 2015, his goal was to turn a family commitment into a valuable investment and this determination became the business model for our company.

By July 2015, we were managing 21 properties with a total value of over half a billion Rand ($58 million), growing to a phenomenal R3.1 billion ($202 million) by February 2022 comprising of 54 individual properties.

In 2016, our company expanded into the USA market, growing to a property portfolio worth $51.8m by February 2022. Today, our commitment to building wealth for investors through carefully curated property investments remains and paves the way for long-term investment opportunities while maintaining short-term flexibility.
