Founder Dawie Swart, has had a passion for property investment for over 24 years. When he founded Investicore in 2015, his goal was to turn a family commitment into a valuable investment and this determination became the business model for our company.

By July 2015, we were managing 21 properties with a total value of over half a billion Rand ($58 million), growing to a phenomenal R3.7 billion ($200 million) by February 2024 comprising of 57 individual properties.

In 2016, our company expanded into the USA market, growing to a property portfolio worth $86m by February 2024. Today, our commitment to building wealth for investors through carefully curated property investments remains and paves the way for long-term investment opportunities while maintaining short-term flexibility.

Anton Steyl (CA)SA took over as CEO for Investicore South Africa from March 2022 and Anton and his family has since bought in as shareholder of Investicore Holdings (Pty) Ltd with Dawie. Dawie and Anton talk every day regarding the South African and United States Portfolios.
