Investicore is a private property investment and asset management firm. We hold an equity stake in every property we manage, hold each one in its own company, and only share in distributions once our investors’ capital has been repaid.

Capital preservation comes first: disciplined acquisitions, bank debt that rental income pays down over time, and hands-on management of every building. Across 75 property holding companies in South Africa and the United States, a portfolio of about R5.5 billion (US$337 million) and more than 300 long-term investors, that discipline has carried the portfolio through the 2008 financial crisis, COVID-19 and the sharpest rate cycle in a generation.
